We would like to inform our Friends that the majority of our programmes are in Hungarian.
When asked for, invitations to the Friends' programmes (in Hungarian) are sent to the e-mail address provided at the members' registration.
Our programmes can be attended with a confirmed registration/payment via our online programme registration site available here or via e-mail registration sent to baratikor(at)szepmuveszeti.hu and followed by the payment of the programme fee at the Museum Shop. Our Donors and Contributors enjoy the possibility of pre-registration to all our programmes.
Current Friends' Programmes
♦ 13 September: guided tour in the new permanent exhibiton of the Egyptian collection with dr. Éva Liptay.
♦ 13 September: creative workshop related to the egyptian art with Péter Véninger and dr. Zoltán Niederreiter.
♦ From 20 September to 25 October: The hungarian and the international painting from the classicism to the years after 1945. Art lecture series in the Museum of Fine Arts and in the Hungarian National Gallery.

1-7 September: 7-days art excursion to the Netherlands in the footsteps of Rembrandt and the Painting of the Dutch Golden Age.
30 August: guided tour in the National Graveyard with Kata Bodor.
23 August: guided tour in the St Stephen’s Basilica.
25 July: One-day art excursion to Felsőörs,and Balatonfüred.
15 July and 26 August: guided tour of the Dada and Surrealism exhibition with Mónika Kumin.
16 July, 30 July and 12 August: guided tours of The World of Toulouse Lautrec exhibition with Zsuzsanna Gonda and Zsuzsanna Gilai.
7-15 July: The Treasures of Transylvania. 9-day art excursion to Transylvania, Romania.
24-30 April: Toulouse-Lautrec and the world of the Impressionists. 7-day art excursion to France on the footsteps of Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec.
11 April and 16 May: guided tour in the National Széchény Library.
16 April and 7 May: guided tour of the Derkovits. The Artist and His Times exhibition in the Hungarian National Gallery with Barbara Büki or András Zwickl.
4 April: guided tour of the Painters in the Mirror exhibition in the Castle Museum of the Budapest History Museum with Nóra Veszprémi.
29 March: guided tour in the new permanent exhibiton of the Egyptian collection with dr. Éva Liptay.
25 March: guided tour of The eighth temple. The Art of Endre Bálint exhibition in the Hungarian National Gallery with Marianna Kolozsváry.
